Queen Elizabeth’s secrets revealed in Bryan Kozlowski’s book

    News DefaultNovember 16, 20200

The longest-lived queen in history is preparing to celebrate her 70 years on the throne, announcing that the days of the celebrations, from 2 to 5 June 2022, will all feature as public holidays. There will be no abdication in 2021, as some rumors said. That’s for sure! At the age of 94, the queen intends to honor her oath to govern the people of her country until the end of her days. And the announcement of the celebrations for the Platinum jubilee confirms it. It came, among other things, a few days after her first public appearance since lockdown.

Against all evil speakings, Queen Elizabeth II appeared in excellent health, making her supporters breathe a sigh of relief after fearing that their sovereign could have contracted the virus. Instead, it was she who gave a pep talk to her subjects, inviting them to be strong and hold on during this pandemic.

A symbol of resilience and longevity, the queen still continues today to attract the interest of millions of people around the world, who would like to know what are the secrets of her long life. Bryan Kozlowski, a British culture expert and author of The Jane Austin Diet, took care of putting them on paper. The book’s name is “Long Live the Queen: 23 Rules for Living from Britain’s Longest Reigning Monarch”.

“Queen Elizabeth has been on the throne for more than half a century and continues to look in perfect shape despite her 94 years. But how does she do it?” the author wondered. So Kozlowski started an extensive and accurate research on the sovereign’s life habits, determined to find the elixir of long life. The book is divided into sections, each of which dealing with a different aspect: what to eat, how to stay on top of work, how to spend your leisure time, what is the right mindset you need to have, how to juggle relationships and finally how to age like a queen, of course.

Apparently, for example, Queen Elizabeth hates multitasking and prefers to engage in one activity at a time. She is also quite stubborn, so she doesn’t listen to advice and follows her instincts. As for her eating habits, she does not want to give up anything. She tries to eat healthy and in moderation, but she likes to indulge in sweets or a glass of wine from time to time. Country walks and horseback riding in Windsor are the Queen’s favorite activities to keep fit.

These are just some of the secrets revealed in the book.
